ChildPsy is a multi-disciplinary center which provides support to students with diverse learning, behavioral, and social needs. We offer  psycho-educational assessments, counseling, literacy support, occupational therapy, play therapy,  and  speech and language therapy  services. We support children of all ages, beginning before formal schooling age and well into their teen years.

We are seeking candidates for the following job positions:

  • Undergraduate or Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent from a reputable university
  • Practicing certificate or license in Speech and Language Pathology (e.g., CCC-SLP, HKAST)
  • Minimum 2 years full-time experience working in a pediatric setting (school/clinic)
  • Native in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is highly preferable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with parents and caregivers
  • Provide individual and group therapy
  • Passionate about working with children and their parents

The ideal candidate will have the followings:

  • Registered Clinical / Educational Psychologist , HKPS or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years full-time experience working with children and adolescents
  • Provide individual and group therapy
  • Provide educational and clinical assessments to children
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, preferably Mandarin

The ideal candidate will have the followings:

  • BSc or above in Occupational Therapy with a Practicing Certificate from the Hong Kong Occupational Therapy Board
  • Minimum 2 years full-time paediatric experience
  • Experience in Sensory Integration Therapy and Therapeutic Listening is highly preferable
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, preferably Mandarin

The ideal candidate will have the followings:

  • Minimum of Form 6/A Level with at least 1-year full-time working experience
  • An undergraduate degree in a related major, such as psychology, education, early childhood, or counseling is preferred
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and English and Chinese word processing
  • Familiarity with graphic design software, such as Canva, Photoshop is a plus
  • Excellent administrative skills, ability to multitask, well-organized, meticulous, and friendly
  • Previous administrative experience in a children’s services environment is highly regarded
  • Availability to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays

Job duties:

  • Perform administrative and receptionist duties, such as handling payments, phone and text inquiries
  • Manage class and therapists’ schedules, liaise with parents and school personnel
  • Purchase and maintain inventory of office supplies and therapy materials
  • Up-keep of promotional events and activities on social media
  • Complied reports and score questionnaires for clinical assessment
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks when required
