Ms May Chan has a Master Degree in School Guidance and Counseling from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She also obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Practice Based Play Therapy from Canterbury Christ Church University (UK). Besides, she is a UK registered Certified Play Therapist, a Trauma-Informed Expressive Arts Therapy Consultant and a Counselor. She conducts play and expressive art therapy with children and teenagers in different schools and social service organizations, aiming to enable and empower them for grounded and positive self-concept, and strengthen their resilience for adversity. She also provides counseling services for parents, addressing their parental stress and enhancing the parent-child relationship.
