ChildPsy Assessment & Learning, a private pediatric clinic located in an exclusive educational/residential community of Hong Kong. Our clinic is led by a Child Psychologist trained in Canada and the US. Our team consists of therapists educated and trained internationally and locally. We serve preschool and school-age children from 18 months to 18 years old with developmental and learning needs. We support evidence-based practice and a holistic approach to therapy. We strive to work closely with parents, caregivers and other professionals to support the child’s learning and development.

We are seeking candidates for the following job positions:

Speech-Language Pathologist/Therapist (Full-time or Part-time/Freelance)

Speech-Language Pathologist/Therapist (Full-time or Part-time)

  • Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent from a reputable university
  • Practicing certificate or license in Speech and Language Pathology (e.g., CCC-SLP by ASHA, HKAST)
  • Minimum 3 years full-time experience in a school and/or a multi-disciplinary clinic setting
  • Native or close to native fluency in English, preferably bilingual/trilingual in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with parents and caregivers
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in supervising Junior Speech Therapists is preferable
  • Experience in planning and conducting social communication groups
  • Experience in collaborating with teachers and schools
  • Passionate about working with young children and their parents
  • 5-days work, including Saturdays

Paediatric Occupational Therapist (Full-time/Part-time/Freelance)

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • BSc or above in Occupational Therapy with a Practicing Certificate from the Hong Kong Occupational Therapy Board
  • Minimum 2 years working experience with young children in a school and/or a multi-disciplinary clinic setting
  • Experience in Sensory Integration Therapy and Therapeutic Listening is highly preferable
  • Native or close to native fluency in English, preferably bilingual/trilingual in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with parents and caregivers
  • Priority is given to full-time position candidate
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Passionate about working with young children and their parents

Administrative Assistant/ Clinic Manager (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform reception and administrative duties
  • Assist in running the office smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage class and therapists’ schedule, liaise with parents and handle payments
  • Purchase and maintain inventory of office supplies and therapy materials
  • Up-keep of promotional events and activities on social media
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks when required

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office & Excel)
  • Good communication skills in both English & Chinese (Mandarin would be an added advantage)
  • Excellent administrative skills, well-organized, meticulous, and friendly
  • Previous administrative experience in children services environment highly regarded
  • Tertiary qualification/minimum Form 6/A Level.
  • 5 days, including Saturday (extra incentive to work 5.5 days)
  • Candidate with more relevant experience working at a clinic setting would be considered as Assistant Clinic Manager
